The Ranch's 1,708 deeded acres, coupled with its additional leases on adjacent State and BLM ground, give homestead owners control of approximately 2,400 acres upon which they can ride horseback, hike, cross-country ski, fish and, in specified areas, hunt and ride snow machines.
